Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension and promotes health and well being. Regular practice improves your breathing and outlook on life.
We cultivate a non-competitive and joyous learning environment for all yogis. Our targets are strength, ease, balance and increased range of motion, but you do not need to be "in shape", "flexible" or have any prior experience to start. Classes are open to all interested persons.
Yoga is a great way to improve your endurance for other physical activities. After a workout, yoga will help your body relax while stretching and strengthening.
Yoga not only improves your body, but also helps with mindfulness and meditation. Take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity.
About Me
My name is Megan, CYT 200 at Inside out Fitness. I am beyond excited to share my love for yoga with this amazing community. When my yoga journey began in 2014 I was looking for an activity to bring some peace and inner happiness to my days, life had gotten too stressful and I was struggling to handle it. I didn't know exactly what to expect, but at the time I was definitely clueless how much it would impact my life and future. For the past 9 years I have grown in my practice, studied different styles and yoga has become a staple in my overall mental and physical health.
With that in mind, I like my classes to be a safe environment for students to begin to explore and expand within their own body. We will focus on alignment, basic yoga poses, lengthening throughout the body and learning how to breathe and flow with purpose and intention.
In this class basic yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote movement and flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and some meditation are also integrated throughout class. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition and ease of movement, making this class perfect for beginners or experienced students looking for a gentle flow practice.

Yoga Flow classes incorporate energetic movements through a series of asanas (yoga postures), by which the student experiences a sense of fluid physical motion. We focus on moving into and out of postures by working with the proper range of motion, so that we can move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. This class is suitable for all level of students, variations and props will be provided.
This class will include thoughtful and safe movement targeted at strengthening the body. This class was designed with beginners in mind, we all need to start somewhere. A TPI screening, or Titleist Performance Institute screening, is a physical assessment that evaluates a golfer's physical capabilities and how they affect their golf swing. Private yoga lessons are a great way for beginners to become more yoga and body aware before entering a studio or group class. Since the session is created specifically for each client, they are a great way to meet the needs when special requirements are necessary, such as visually impaired, movement limited or injured students. I have worked with clients who have additional needs and find private lessons to be the most beneficial.
These individualized lessons are tailored to each client, so pricing depends on a few factors, such as, traveling, special needs, equipment needed, and how many sessions are booked. Please contact me at yogablissstudio@yahoo to get a price quote on private yoga sessions. Namaste.
We love to meet new people, stop by before or after a class to speak an instructor or email me directly.
