My name is Megan and I bring 14 years of experience as a dedicated yoga practitioner and 9 years as an CYT 300 instructor, I specialize in personalized one-on-one sessions focused on yoga, balance, strength, flexibility, and fitness. As a Certified Crime Scene Investigator with a strong medical background, I bring a unique understanding of the body, movement, and injury prevention.
I am also a Certified TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) Specialist, helping golfers enhance their strength, mobility, and performance through targeted training. My approach is tailored to each individual’s needs, ensuring a safe, effective, and empowering experience.

A TPI screening, or Titleist Performance Institute screening, is a physical assessment that evaluates a golfer's physical capabilities and how they affect their golf swing. The screening includes a series of exercises that assess strength, flexibility, mobility, and movement patterns. Once the screening is complete it will be forwarded to the client and clients coach if available.
This service is available for booking for country clubs, golf teams and those looking to improve their golf physical capabilities.
